  • We’ve got more wins for workers this week! OSHA now has the authority to offer U and T visa certification for workers who experience health and safety violations at work. Hopefully, workers with immigration concerns can more freely file complaints against employers with this new pathway. Check out Sur Legal’s explanation of the impact of this important change.
  • The PUMP Act has expanded the right to lactation time at work to include millions of workers who were initially unprotected, including farmworkers. Learn more, including how to file a complaint if lactation time is not respected, here.
  • Last week, CDM submitted a comment to the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), and we included feedback from migrant workers. We’re excited to share some of these worker testimonies with you as we continue to center workers’ voices and experiences throughout the pandemic.
