- We’ve got more wins for workers this week! OSHA now has the authority to offer U and T visa certification for workers who experience health and safety violations at work. - The PUMP Act has expanded the right to lactation time at work to include millions of workers who were initially unprotected, including farmworkers. Learn more, including how to file a complaint if lactation time is not respected, here.
